Shipping & receiving manifest example is shown below. This particular
screen show the function of processing in incoming order manifest for a
shipment of bamboo plants.
As the plants are received they are placed
directly into inventory and given a price based upon cost plus shipping
(allocated to each plant) and a variable percent markup). The
manifests were created in a prior screen where outgoing orders to suppliers
are generated by grouping in coming orders from customers. Part of the
order may be field directly from inventory and part of the order may require
ordering from the supplier.
