Organization Membership & Requirements Management Software Application

Professional Organization of Ophthalmologists Screen Sample

Membership database come in all kinds.  This organization membership database is somewhat complex in that it needs to track numerous requirements associated with the membership.  Each members is required to take a various numbers of hour of different instruction.

Microsoft Access is a fully capable database and it's primary limitations is the number of concurrent users it will support. The number of users supported depends on the transaction load and the amount of data but generally we recommend a limit of 10 to 15 users.

We also have 100's of programming examples from simple to complex. You can jump to our Access tutorials here. Visit our contact page if you have comments or questions.

The screen below shows that this is a professional association of ophthalmologists.  The annual training requirements are divided into six categories.  Each category has its own hour requirements in order to maintain membership in the organization.  The database analyses all members' requirement status and produces printouts for notification and warnings.
