Our goal is to have a 90% 15 minute response time to all existing customers.  That means that if we don't answer the phone immediately we will do our best to return your call within 15 minutes.

Additionally, if you have a critical database issue that needs immediate attention we will work late into the evening or all weekend to fix the problem - we won't stop working at 5:00pm
