Our goal is to have a 90% 1 hour response time to all existing customers. That means that if we don't answer the phone immediately we will do our best to return your call within 1 hour. Additionally, if you have a critical database technical issue that needs immediate attention we will work late into the evening or all weekend to fix the problem - we won't stop working at 5:00pm
